Philip Alalibo

Professor Philip Alalibo is a political scientist and teaches global politics in the Department of Humanities & Social Sciences at Ontario’s oldest public college, Centennial College of Applied Arts and Technology, Toronto, Canada. He is a George Wicken nominated professor for teaching excellence, the highest teaching award at the institution.  Additionally, he has contributed to two books, a college textbook and a children’s story book and has also published two poems in the anthologies (Rivers of Dreams & Day’s End) of the United States National Library of Poetry. The author’s poem, “Mother Nature,” included in his book of poetry, was chosen to be presented at the first annual poetry convention in Hollywood, California. He has published and presented several scholarly papers at national and international conferences in the United States and Canada.
